Srijit Mukherjee's new movie 'Kilbil Society' has been released in theaters in West Bengal today. There has been a lot of discussion about the intimate scenes between Parambrata Chatterjee and Kaushani Mukherjee in the movie. Kaushani spoke in detail about this in an interview given to West Bengal media Sangbad Pratidin.
Kaushani said that director Srijit was quite conscious about shooting intimate scenes in the movie. To ensure that the scene was shot properly and that the couple in the movie did not feel uncomfortable, an intimacy coordinator named Astha was brought in from Mumbai.

Koushani also said, 'I had separate sessions with Paramada and Srijitda. The matter was done very technically. And I had Paramada opposite me, who is a great actor himself.’
Regarding the shooting of intimate scenes in the film, Kaushani said, ‘The production company told me that if I want, they will bring an intimacy coordinator no matter what the cost, and they did that. This gave me confidence. It is also true that I will not agree to all films just because I have kissed in one film. For that, the script has to have some steam.’
In the interview, Kaushani was also asked about her boyfriend, actor Boney Sengupta. Did he object to Kaushani acting in intimate scenes?

The actress said, ‘I have already spoken to Boney. It is necessary for all healthy relationships. Whatever she had to say, she said. Earlier, we had decided that we would not act in kissing scenes on screen. Therefore, it took some time to decide. "However, both of them felt that it (acting in a kissing scene) could be done in this movie for the sake of the character."
